Job Details:

The role involves reconciling Depository Accounts, Corporate Insurance Accounts, and Corporate Investment Accounts. Collaborate with bank and armored carriers to resolve discrepancies and errors.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate reconciliation of various accounts
• Research and resolve errors and discrepancies with banks and vendors
• Collaborate with Controllers and Accountants to resolve ledger discrepancies
• Handle maintenance and corrective journal entries
• Act as a liaison between Field, bank, and third-party vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Two years of Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with initiative

Other Details:

Prior experience with SAP financial and/or Access software is a plus. Previous Account Reconciliation software experience is preferred for this role in Clarksville, Tennessee.
