Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Reconciliation Specialist in the finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of various account reconciliations.

Job Details:

The Account Reconciliation Specialist will work closely with different financial institutions, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately reconcile Depository Accounts, Corporate Insurance Accounts, and Corporate Investment Accounts
• Collaborate with banks and armored carriers to resolve errors and discrepancies
• Investigate ledger discrepancies and implement corrective journal entries
• Act as a communication link between field operations, accounting teams, and banking vendors
• Provide support to Regional Controllers and Accountants in resolving financial discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented and proactive team player
• Experience with SAP financial software or Access is a plus
