As part of the team, responsibilities include processing payroll, managing vendor payables, maintaining client accounts, reconciling cash, assisting with invoice entry, and performing other administrative and accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll and submitting human resources forms.
  • Managing vendor payables and preparing payment requests.
  • Maintaining client accounts and preparing accounts receivable invoices.
  • Reconciling cash received to recorded cash and inventory.
  • Assisting with invoice entry, transfers, and researching outstanding Accounts Payable.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and financial data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
