Job Details:
The Financial Manager will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, producing weekly reports, performing period close activities, and assisting in financial analysis and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist in producing weekly financial reports
- Ensure accurate representation of general ledger and complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial statements for areas of profit improvement
- Assist in forecast and budget modeling
- Maintain internal controls within District operation
- Provide support in HR functions including managing payroll and benefit administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Experience in payroll management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs and SAP
- 2-5 years of financial management experience
- Ability to analyze financial data and communicate effectively
