Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Analyst position involves collaborating with the Andover field teams to enhance collections and A/R reporting initiatives.

Job Details:

The role focuses on driving Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections, leading A/R status meetings, reporting A/R metrics to finance teams, and creating processes for client PO tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Accounts Receivable (A/R) collections
  • Lead weekly A/R status meetings with Andover Divisions
  • Report on A/R metrics to Finance teams & CFO to drive Sector performance
  • Create a process for tracking client PO?s and notification of potential expiry
  • Support Divisions with client A/R system set-up and navigation
  • Responsible for Progress Invoicing process and monthly execution
  • Support New Business A/R set-up
  • Demonstrate skills in data analysis
  • Provide Ad-Hoc reporting as needed on A/R
  • Identify potential A/R issues and prepare effective reports/briefing notes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft applications (Hyperion exposure a plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-motivating and able to establish priorities while working independently
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
