This role involves overseeing Workplace & Lobby Ambassadors in different markets, managing projects remotely, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Workplace & Lobby Ambassadors in Carolina, Carolina, Carolina, and Carolina
• Expand programs into new markets or buildings
• Collaborate with Contract Manager on projects and initiatives
• Recruit, train, and mentor personnel for customer service excellence
• Offer guidance to Leads on operational challenges and performance

Requirements:

• 3+ years of operations experience
• Leadership experience in an operations environment
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently on projects
