We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our production team at a leading manufacturer of premium desserts in Brownsville, Texas. Assembling dessert products in a cold storage environment, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and excel in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:

In this role, you will assist in the efficient and accurate assembly of dessert products and ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The schedule involves working 3 days a week for 12-13 hour days, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, package, and label dessert products according to guidelines.
• Maintain comfort and focus in cold storage temperatures.
• Inspect finished products for quality issues and report concerns.
• Operate assembly line machinery and maintain equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and stock tracking.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line setting.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic math skills for inventory tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand throughout the shift.
