Job Details:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the department, ensuring high-quality food service while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure superior quality food is provided to patients, employees, and staff.
• Implement safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, clients, and other hospital departments.
• Promote the professional growth of team members.
• Foster inter-departmental collaboration and align department goals with facility operations.

Requirements:

• A.A. Degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Certified Dietary Manager certificate or Registered Dietitian preferred.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Previous experience in P&L accountability or contract-managed services desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
