Job Details:
The individual will be responsible for maintaining schedules, approving purchase orders, supervising account personnel, managing asset software, reviewing financial statements, and budget preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Administer on-call, maintenance, and inspection schedules
- Review and approve purchase orders
- Direct performance of contracts and manage account personnel
- Ensure validity of asset management software and entry of work orders
- Review financial statements and assist in budget preparation
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Certification/Associate Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent
- Minimum five years of experience in the biomedical field
- At least four years of supervisory experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
