Responsibilities:

  • Ensure operational consistency across all channels and branches
  • Create and implement playbooks for M&As
  • Develop SOPs for operational tools
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Conduct operational analysis and suggest business improvements
  • Generate visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards
  • Assist in monthly operational reporting

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of industry experience, including vending
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor?s Degree in relevant field (preferred)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (preferred)
