Job Details:
The Director oversees all foodservice activities, including retail, cafeteria, and catering, focusing on quality improvement, sanitation, and client relations while exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department
- Oversee overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account
- Interview, hire, train associates; plan, assign work; appraise performance, reward, and address complaints
- Prepare and manage annual budget
- Utilize company systems for required reports and oversee food and beverage preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of foodservice operational management experience
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, quality control, and cost management
- P&L accountability experience is desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and computer skills
- ServSafe? Certified
