• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards
• Manage budget and identify business improvement opportunities
• Oversee cafe operations and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Operational knowledge of cash handling and food service equipment
• Proficiency in POS systems and computer skills (MS Office)
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred
