Job Details:

As a Caf? Manager, you will lead and supervise caf? and retail outlets to maintain excellent standards and provide exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, supervise, train, and coach associates.
• Plan, market, and execute special events/promotions.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Manage budget and seek ways to enhance business operations.
• Oversee daily caf? operations in the area.
• Perform assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, corporate dining, education, or similar food service environments.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet usage.
• Preferably holds ServSafe or Department of Health Certification.
