Job Details:

The Traveling Cafe Retail Manager will oversee the retail/cafeteria operation of Food & Nutrition Services. This position reports to the Director of Dining Services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise special functions
• Maintain cash controls and payroll records
• Oversee hiring and training of team members
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient resource use
• Train staff in customer service, portioning, and safety/sanitation

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field
• 1-3 years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and catering trends
• Experience in P&L accountability and contract-managed services
• Good communication and leadership skills
