Job Details:

Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance tasks, repairs, minor construction work, and providing quality customer service to enhance the overall upkeep of the facilities.

• Maintaining, repairing, cleaning, and operating plant, mechanical areas, and campus facilities.
• Performing basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assisting in decision-making for minor repairs and reporting major problems.
• Completing various unskilled or semi-skilled tasks like carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work.
• Providing painting services and ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.
• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with computerized work order systems preferred.
