  • Monitor labor and food costs for each event.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of food service experience, including 1 year in management.
  • Experience in various food service operations.
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends.
  • Financial, budgetary, and computational skills.
  • ServSafe Certification.
