Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients on event scope and expectations
- Plan menus in collaboration with clients and chefs
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Oversee event execution by the Event Manager
- Recruit, interview, and train staff
- Develop accurate financial and administrative records
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely payments
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership in managing events and guest experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Effective communication with clients and team members
- Experience in budgeting, P&L, and sales forecasting
- Human resource experience in hiring and training
- 3-5 years' hospitality management experience
