Support the sales team in various aspects of the sales, marketing, and service process, including event coordination, communication management, and administrative tasks.
Handle data entry for contracts, correspondence, and documents, manage incoming calls, organize files, assist in event planning, and provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
Additional responsibilities may include customer interactions, creating Banquet Event Orders, and maintaining accurate records. Training will be provided for system usage and procedures.
