As the Chef Manager Senior, you will oversee both back and front of the house operations in the food service departments. Your role involves maintaining a high-quality culinary program, handling financial reporting, menu development, inventory management, and ensuring sanitation standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for personnel management, including hiring, coaching, and training.
You will be in charge of supervisory responsibilities, employee training, safety programs, food cost control, team management, purchasing, and inventory control. Special projects and related duties will also be part of your responsibilities.
Applicants should have experience in P&L, financial reporting, budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls. Knowledge of safe food handling practices and certification in ServSafe or Department of Health is a plus.
