Job Details:

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for auditing vending, micromarkets, and office coffee operations in the field. Additionally, you'll manage auditing programs, oversee projects, and liaise between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit vending, micromarkets, and office coffee operations
  • Manage auditing programs and provide monthly reports
  • Oversee miscellaneous projects and communicate client expectations
  • Determine internal resource needs for projects and establish schedules
  • Support Client Managers with client activities and relationship management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of advanced customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel
  • Located in a metropolitan area, with flexibility to cover a wide geographical region
