In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing reservations, updating databases, overseeing event planning, facilitating inter-departmental communication, and ensuring room readiness in our conference center.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and manage reservations professionally
- Maintain accurate client information in the database
- Plan and coordinate events in the conference center
- Communicate effectively with various in-house teams
- Inspect conference rooms before client arrival
- Coordinate audio-visual equipment setup
- Finalize planning details with clients and relevant departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of two years planning experience in hospitality
- Proactive mindset with adaptability to changing environments
- Up-to-date industry knowledge and trend awareness
