Job Details:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing reservations, updating databases, overseeing event planning, facilitating inter-departmental communication, and ensuring room readiness in our conference center.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients and manage reservations professionally
  • Maintain accurate client information in the database
  • Plan and coordinate events in the conference center
  • Communicate effectively with various in-house teams
  • Inspect conference rooms before client arrival
  • Coordinate audio-visual equipment setup
  • Finalize planning details with clients and relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of two years planning experience in hospitality
  • Proactive mindset with adaptability to changing environments
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge and trend awareness
