The Director of Catering Operations oversees and maintains consistent food quality, service, and overall experience across all locations. This position requires on-site work in Newark, New Jersey and the tri-state area with up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to enhance catering key drivers
  • Develop and implement catering programming plans
  • Create training programs for catering managers
  • Review catering locations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Hospitality Management preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years in Catering/Events/Hospitality industry
  • Effective communication skills
  • System-oriented and detail-oriented
