Job Details:

The EDI Relationship Owner will be responsible for proactively engaging with distributor partners across the United Floridas and Canada, overseeing transaction-level reporting and resolving EDI failures.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with distributor partners for data collection
• Follow up on data gaps and resolve issues
• Present analysis to management and seek feedback
• Generate and maintain reports for workload management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in data-driven processes
