Job Details:
As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee all aspects of a dining account, manage client relations, and ensure the highest quality of food offerings for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account.
- Implement new culinary programs.
Requirements:
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred.
- 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience.
- Experience in high-volume production and catering.
- Prior budget management experience.
