Job Details:

As the Director of Dining Services, you will oversee all aspects of a dining account, manage client relations, and ensure the highest quality of food offerings for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account.
• Implement new culinary programs.

Requirements:

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred.
• 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience in high-volume production and catering.
• Prior budget management experience.
