Join our team as the Director of Dining Services, overseeing operations for a healthcare dining account in Miami, Florida. Lead a dedicated team to provide superior quality food and service to patients and customers.

Job Details:

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations for a healthcare dining account with 50 patients and a retail cafe generating $4K in sales daily. Lead a team of 3 managers and 25 hourly associates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with patients, customers, and clients
• Create menus and ensure top-quality food
• Manage P&L and budgeting
• Implement new culinary programs

Requirements:

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary
• Certified Dietary Manager or willingness to obtain
• 3-5 years of foodservice experience, preferably in healthcare
• High volume production and catering experience
• Budget management experience
