Responsibilities:

• Lead and Coordinate all catering events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive catering marketing strategy.
• Recruit, train, and schedule catering staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure seamless operation in all catering functions with attention to detail in cost management.
• Partner with Management to implement revenue growth strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Take on additional tasks to support overall dining services success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 5 years of hospitality industry experience, 2 years in management.
• Experience in menu selection, pricing contracts, and supervising food preparation.
