• Coordinate and oversee internal and external catering events
• Develop and maintain the catering marketing plan
• Lead hiring, training, and scheduling of catering staff
• Ensure successful operations of catering functions
• Collaborate with management and marketing teams in Federal Way
• Foster strong client relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of catering leadership experience
• Experience in menu selection, pricing, and staff supervision
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Computer proficiency and ServSafe? Certification
