Job Details:

We are looking for a Director of Dining Services to manage a 150-bed healthcare dining account with one retail unit. This role involves overseeing operations, managing client relations, and ensuring top-quality food offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent customer, guest, and client relationships
• Create menus and ensure top-quality food with the Chef and management team
• Manage all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Implement new culinary programs

Requirements:

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary field preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willing to obtain within 18 months
• 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience, particularly in healthcare
• Experience in high-volume production and catering
• Prior budget management experience
