Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with customers, guests, and departments.

  • Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account in the urban Sicklerville area.
  • Implement new culinary programs.

Requirements:

  • BS in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.
  • 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience.
  • Experience in high volume production and catering.
  • Budget management experience.
