Responsibilities:

  • Oversee department's financial data and statistics
  • Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments
  • Establish work standards and implement policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for department staff

Requirements:

  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
