• Operate within approved budget while maximizing client value

• Direct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
• Maintain excellent client and community department relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of Leadership experience
• Two to four years of foodservice operational management in acute care
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
• ServSafe? certification is a plus
