The role involves overseeing internal audit activities in the US and Canada, implementing audit policies, and contributing to the global audit strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Internal Audit team for the North America region.
- Conduct audits of the North American business.
- Implement internal audit policies, systems, and processes in the region.
- Develop risk-based internal audit plans.
- Cultivate relationships with local management and stakeholders in the area.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in related fields.
- CPA certification required, CIA preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UK Corporate Governance Code preferred.
