The role involves overseeing internal audit activities in the US and Canada, implementing audit policies, and contributing to the global audit strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Internal Audit team for the North America region.
• Conduct audits of the North American business.
• Implement internal audit policies, systems, and processes in the region.
• Develop risk-based internal audit plans.
• Cultivate relationships with local management and stakeholders in the area.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in related fields.
• CPA certification required, CIA preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UK Corporate Governance Code preferred.
