Job Details:

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to assist in maintaining show quality standards, building strong relationships with clients and guests, and ensuring efficient operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Hold team accountable for delivering great guest service
• Maintain show quality standards at all times
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, etc.
• Obtain feedback from clients and guests to improve operations
• Execute menus, promotions, and programs as outlined

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail
• Bachelor?s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• High computer literacy
• Understanding of financial concepts
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
