Responsibilities:
- Lead creation and maintenance of food safety and quality assurance programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align initiatives with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain the Food Safety Plan for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement preventive controls.
- Manage allergen labeling, recall programs, and traceability of products.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing food safety and quality assurance programs.
- Knowledge of USDA, FDA, and FSMA regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
