Job Overview:

As the Retail Director, you will oversee the successful retail/cafeteria operations of Food & Nutrition Services. Working under the guidance of the Director of Dining Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality service standards.

Job Details:

You will be responsible for planning and supervising special functions, maintaining cash controls, payroll records, and leading the hiring and training of hourly team members. Ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient resource utilization will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Direct staff to provide retail services in line with corporate standards

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field, or A.A. Degree with three years of related experience
• 1-3 years of retail operational foodservice management experience
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends
• Experience with cash handling and retail operations
• Effective communication and leadership skills
