- Develop and manage forecasts to achieve financial targets at both unit and district levels.
- Advance company programs, services, and strategic initiatives while providing leadership to managers.
- Foster strong client relationships and support managers' growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years managing P&L food service operations, including high-volume catering and corporate dining.
- Experience in multi-unit leadership.
- ServSafe certification and HAACP knowledge.
- Strong financial analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in menu development and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in negotiation and maintaining rigorous standards.
