• Develop and manage forecasts to achieve financial targets at both unit and district levels.
• Advance company programs, services, and strategic initiatives while providing leadership to managers.
• Foster strong client relationships and support managers' growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years managing P&L food service operations, including high-volume catering and corporate dining.
• Experience in multi-unit leadership.
• ServSafe certification and HAACP knowledge.
• Strong financial analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in menu development and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Skilled in negotiation and maintaining rigorous standards.
