Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, workforce development, or related fields.
• Nonprofit and resettlement experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social work principles and practices.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those facing addiction issues is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops confidently.
