Job Details:
The Assistant Director will oversee housekeeping standards, work procedures, staff management, and budget coordination to maintain high-quality service levels throughout the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and review standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff
- Plan work schedules, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate services
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping personnel
- Conduct facility inspections and recommend action items
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work history
- Working knowledge of housekeeping procedures
- Demonstrated growth in health care housekeeping
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
