Job Details:

You will coordinate front-line staff tasks, establish work procedures, and assist in the hiring and training of new associates. Regular inspections, reporting, and staff education are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and review standards for Housekeeping staff
• Plan work schedules and staffing
• Orient, develop, and supervise housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections and provide recommendations
• Coordinate outside services for the facility

Requirements:

• Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a service-related field
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to establish priorities and work in changing environments
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
