Job Details:

You will be managing the planning, execution, and evaluation of internal and external catering events at our location in Chillicothe, Ohio. This role requires overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the sales functions.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and developing managers
• Developing service techniques, menu presentations, policies, and procedures
• Creating operating statements and operational budgets
• Directing catering activities, planning, and functions
• Generating proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
• Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintaining client database and building vendor relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Prior event sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Minimum 5-8 years of hospitality experience with 3 years in catering sales
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and A/V equipment setup
• Excellent client relations and customer service capabilities
