As an Assistant Director, you will assist in coordinating Operations Managers, setting and reviewing housekeeping standards, conducting staff training, and overseeing facility inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and review standards for housekeeping staff
- Plan work schedules and job duties
- Interview, select, and evaluate housekeeping personnel
- Orient, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations
- Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments
- Schedule and oversee major project work
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work history
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures
- Experience in healthcare housekeeping facility maintenance
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills
