Job Details:

As a Production Expeditor, you will be responsible for expediting orders and materials, coordinating production activities, tracking inventory, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials for production.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedules and expedite material orders.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Track material availability and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of expediting activities and production timelines.
• Identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate?s degree preferred.
