We are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee all central plant Operations & Maintenance activities in a healthcare setting in Hollywood, Florida. Job Details:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all central plant services, including maintenance, repair, and replacement projects. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central plant & HVAC infrastructure throughout the health system in Hollywood, Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Assess critical infrastructure and prioritize assets needing investment.
• Develop an investment strategy for the mechanical portfolio in a health system.
• Review and evaluate preventative maintenance programs and update tasks as needed.
• Coordinate construction and development of facilities related to the central plant & HVAC infrastructure.
• Advise on structural changes and modifications to buildings related to the central plant & HVAC infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in engineering or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in central plant & HVAC operations.
• Proficiency in CMMS Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
