As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of building operations in a full-service hotel/conference center.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor work flow and quality to ensure timely completion and adherence to facility standards.
- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
- Control expenses within the scope of responsibility.
- Lead and schedule work activities of staff, coordinating maintenance requirements with clients.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in facilities services or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations.
- Experience in budget management and working with vendors preferred.
