Job Details:

As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of building operations in a full-service hotel/conference center.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor work flow and quality to ensure timely completion and adherence to facility standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
• Control expenses within the scope of responsibility.
• Lead and schedule work activities of staff, coordinating maintenance requirements with clients.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in facilities services or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Experience in budget management and working with vendors preferred.
