The Vice President of Operations plays a critical role in district management, overseeing planning, evaluation, and control of units to meet operational and financial objectives. This position provides guidance to Regional Directors and fosters strong customer/client relationships.

Job Details:

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for ensuring excellence in Facilities Management, strategic thinking, and customer service, while upholding compliance with various regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Facilities Management with a focus on success.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans.
• Interact professionally with associates, managers, suppliers, and clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Evaluate problems, provide recommendations, and demonstrate initiative.
• Ensure compliance with government and agency standards.
• Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in engineering preferred; bachelor?s degree required.
• Ten years of Multi Unit Facilities Management experience in an acute care hospital.
• Proficiency in P&L management and CMMS Systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare building systems and regulatory codes.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
