The Vice President of Operations is responsible for ensuring excellence in Facilities Management, strategic thinking, and customer service, while upholding compliance with various regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Facilities Management with a focus on success.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans.
- Interact professionally with associates, managers, suppliers, and clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Evaluate problems, provide recommendations, and demonstrate initiative.
- Ensure compliance with government and agency standards.
- Manage planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in engineering preferred; bachelor?s degree required.
- Ten years of Multi Unit Facilities Management experience in an acute care hospital.
- Proficiency in P&L management and CMMS Systems.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare building systems and regulatory codes.
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
