Job Details:

The position requires monitoring and repairing boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC systems. Additionally, completing preventative maintenance tasks, constructing, installing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems are key aspects of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and repair boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Construct, install, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems
• Clean, lubricate, and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Read blueprints and plan work layout
• Conduct tests, inspections, and emergency repairs
• Make recommendations for maintenance system improvements

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Boiler Operator in an institutional/commercial/healthcare setting
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Capability to work independently
• Proficiency in using computerized work order systems

Other Details:
