This first shift position offers regular hours from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities. Job Details:

The primary responsibilities of this role include troubleshooting equipment, performing building automation system adjustments, generator testing, and routine maintenance tasks on various building systems. The position requires a hands-on approach to address building issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot equipment sets and plumbing fixtures
• Supervise and adjust the building automation system
• Perform generator testing and inspections
• Replace light fixtures, light bulbs, and ceiling tiles
• Coordinate specialized work with vendors and contractors
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on various building systems
• Conduct building and mechanical room inspections

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with Building Automation Systems
• Knowledge of computerized work order systems
