Job Details:

The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for systems support and IT-related inquiries within the Colorado Region. Additionally, you will be tasked with coordinating system installations, upgrades, and training.

Responsibilities:

• Provide POS systems support and setup
• Offer back office systems support
• Assist in event-based support at stadium or arena locations
• Handle escalations for IT-related system support
• Manage system issue logs and coordinate with Regional Management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in POS system support
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills
• Ability to coordinate system installations and upgrades
