We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our finance team as a lieutenant to the Regional Controller. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Controller in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate the forecast process and develop action plans for performance improvement.
• Oversee monthly close processes and collaborate with the finance team for enhancements.
• Provide financial guidance to operational teams and analyze weekly and monthly results.
• Ensure sound financial control and asset management practices throughout the region.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and business intelligence tools.
