Job Overview:

We are seeking a Floor Technician to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role involves maintaining and restoring floor surfaces, as well as operating industrial floor care equipment.

Job Details:

The Floor Technician will be responsible for hard-surface floor maintenance, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, and utilizing various types of industrial floor care equipment. Additionally, carpet and upholstering care procedures will be part of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain hard-surface floors using proper procedures
• Operate industrial floor care equipment
• Utilize automated cleaning equipment for large floor surfaces
• Follow proper procedures for carpet and upholstering care
• Perform maintenance and restoration processes for all floor surface types
• Complete other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly

Other Details:
